“Room was good, no bugs. TV and coffee maker worked okay. Microwave was on it's last leg. Worked some of the time. Linens were scratchy. Decent pillows and mattress though. Had to go back to front desk three times when I first got there due to key card not working. Not pleasant after a ten hour drive.”

“I lived here for 4 years and I have to say that for the price you pay it is a great mobile home park. I have lived in other mobile home parks that try to basically control your life and want to find you for the smallest things. I have never had any issues with the neighbors and for the most part it's a very quiet place to live and everybody minds their own business. I think that it has new management and they are trying to clean the park up a little bit but that is not a bad thing. Melissa who is the park manager is the most amazing person ever and will try to help you with whatever issues you have out of the kindness of her heart :-). I recommend living here.”

“Very nice campground! A gem of city parks. We were in site 40 on the waterfront with W/E. We enjoyed watching all the birds and playful squirrels. Our site was somewhat level, but did require some blocks, but that’s what we carry them for! Camp hosts very friendly and helpful. Huge bundles of firewood at five dollars each. Staff leaves the office at 5:30 so it’s best to arrive prior to that. They do list reservations on the door when closed, but you don’t get the code to get out of the gate that closes at eight. Bathrooms are modern and fairly nice, with plenty of warm water, but they could’ve been a little cleaner. We felt very safe. We will stop back through. .”

“Our daughter’s wedding this past weekend was absolutely PERFECT!! The staff at Oakhaven was very helpful, a delight to work with. The additional housing options allowed our wedding party to stay there the entire weekend and that was so convenient. The venue is gorgeous and we had a perfect weather day to showcase the beauty of the venue, our stunning bride and handsome groom! Our guests kept commenting on how nice the venue was! We highly recommend Oakhaven, the day could not have been any better! Can’t wait to see all the beautiful pictures!!”

“Visited my sister here. It was lovely, very quite place, the bathrooms were clean & I never once ran into any other person in there! There is a little pond there that offers a variety of wildlife to observe, sweet little footbridge, it's very charming, I spent a day by the pool and had the entire pool to myself! Definitely have no hesitation going back for another vacation w/ my loved one!”

“We were told not to expect much from sometime who had camped with old owners. When we checked in found that Nick and his wife had just bought it 3 weeks before. We have been several times now. The bathhouses are very clean and we'll maintained. The pool is crystal clear. Heart went out to them when we saw the flooding but they picked right up and got it done, Highly recommend here.”
