“We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our girls trip. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jim took great pride in taking care of them. Jim would sit and talk to us as though we were old friends. We also had a super nice evening desk clerk named Sandra. These two people made our trip worthwhile. They were both down to earth people. Sometimes when I go into motels the staff is horrible.( I have been to plenty being a travel nurse). All hotel staff should take lessons from these two on how to treat guests. Just because we are guests doesn’t mean we don’t like conversations or kind words. They really made our days brighter. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The only thing we didn’t care for was the little pillows that were not good for the neck when sleeping. And the bedspreads were two different colors. Other than that no problems.”

“I will continue to recommend others to this practice. The experience is wonderful from check-in to check-out beginning with staff that are friendly and truly care. Although a professional environment it is also a very relaxed setting, and feel far from a hospital setting or other doctor settings- cold and treated as if you’re just another number. Which brings me to the reason that I wanted to make this post. I recently brought my mother for her first visit to establish care here. Being mindful that she had been with another doctor for over 15 years, I felt she was just not getting the care she needed. From being rushed off the phone to the doctor not knowing her current condition even though she had went for a wellness check 2 weeks prior in person, we knew we had to get her somewhere that she could receive some individualized professional care. With all the health problems that my mother-in-law was having, I knew she couldn’t just go anywhere. So we set an appointment for my mother-in-law to see Dr. Sharon Morgan is who such an awesome doctor! She’s my primary care as well, and although I don’t have really any health problems, she still take the time to listen and make sure I am on the best road to staying in good health as I possibly can be as I get older. At check in we filled out paperwork and then we’re called back. Her vitals were checked by the nurse and then Dr. Sharon came in. I could tell that she had reviewed my mother’s chart before entering room. I was very impressed because she took the time to familiarize herself very quickly with what I had already written down, which was a lot, and to think she had no other information prior to that about her. She spoke with both my mom and I about my mom’s previous care, also went over meds, current underlying issues, etc. Although I felt we were taking up a lot of her time in just one visit. However, she didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She took her time and was very patient with us, making sure she was answering all our questions and offering medical advice as well as setting up some routine care along with other care with other doctors, including referrals to specialists. She is so well-rounded and truly a professional and knowledgeable doctor. My mother-in-law left with a bit of hope that day, because previously we didn’t know what to expect from day-to-day, with her health declining like it was. Now, we are hopeful and confident that Dr. Sharon along with the A Plus Family will get my mother-in-law back to the healthy, independent woman my mother-in-law was before her decline in health from about 2 years ago. She has hope again, just from that one visit that she hadn’t had in awhile. I can say from experience, that A Plus Family Care is concerned about the whole person- spirit, soul, and body. So glad that I found this place and will continue to recommend everyone I know that is looking for a place they can receive great healthcare. “My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a 5 star experience! The AC in our home went out unexpectedly and before we knew it the house was extra hot. Upon arrival to the hotel, my husband was visibly unwell due to the heat. Shawn was at the front desk and immediately became concerned. Without question, he jumped into action pulling together beverages to help my husband stay hydrated and assuring us over and over that if we needed anything to please call. He also took the initiative to offer a late check out, which we really appreciated. This was our first time staying here and although we live locally, we will definitely be back! “Pleasant and accommodating staff, with slightly dated rooms that could use some TLC. Overall a clean and pleasant experience, with a few bumps. We found ourselves in need of last minute lodging with early check in availability; the staff worked their hardest to accommodate us!! The first room we were given the air-conditioning was broken and the in room phone did not work, they quickly and happily changed our room. The second room the door did not latch correctly so the door was not secure unless using the dead bolt, they sent a maintenance man right away to handle the problem. The mattress was extremely comfortable, linens and towels fresh and clean, and overall the rooms were clean. Despite the bumps along the way we would stay here again if in the area.”

John is the most gracious host and his place is spectacular. From the very moment I arrived, the bacterial wipes were by the door, the place was spotless, well sanitized and I felt safe. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home and more. The house is filled with art and beauty and in this extremely stressful time, this little oasis allows you to breathe again. “The staff at this property from the valet to the front desk, the breakfast attendant and bartender all demonstrate exceptional customer service and are just wonderful people to be around. Dwight checked my husband and myself in all the while Eric the Valet stood patiently behind to escort us up to our room. The professionalism demonstrated while still being friendly is not a skill that can be taught. They were impressive from the word "go". Due to some unforeseen events we came into contact with Brian Lees, the front desk supervisor. He is personable and friendly as well as willing to assist a guest with any needs. Anthony Zinani takes the meaning of hospitality to another level. He is gracious, kind and funny all while keeping with the overall theme of extraordinary professionalism. We had a room with 2 beds and it worked very well for us. The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The location is walking distance to shops, dining and even entertainment. We would stay here again for sure!”

“We had a very unusual stay here. During the snow storm last week when the state of Texas was without power, we were without power and water for 4 days and had not showered in 4 days. We were welcomed to come in and use a room to take a shower. Room was clean, warm and lights and heat was on all ready for us. Amazing service and friendliness from the staff!!!”
