“I was really nervous about leaving my stuff in storage while I was selling my house in Chicago and relocating to Raleigh (it's sooo beautiful here!). Extra Attic is great, though. The whole place is locked up and gated with video cameras and kept really clean! Some storage places I looked at were dirty or not at all secured, but this place wasn't, so I put my stuff here. The staff is really helpful and when I moved out, they even helped me donate unwanted stuff to charities!!!”

“I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.”

Was immediately greeted and assisted, the staff person helping me (Shirt said Delshown I believe - sorry if I got name wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable on the different paint/finishes, and I was in and out in no time (he even loaded the several gallons into my car for me). Although the store started to get busy after I arrived, all staff remained cool and collected and had the line running swiftly and efficiently - I was impressed, especially when folks are all anxious right now regarding crowds/covid-19. I was a little overwhelmed beforehand with all the options and spending hundreds on paint for a whole house, but left feeling pleasantly surprised on the ease of the interaction. For less than $50 I was able to get a partial mannequin, boxes for jewelry, a very large roll of tissue paper, gift/shopping bags in multiple sizes and receipt books. The staff greeted us on the way in/out and helped us when we had questions. Walked away thinking that they really appreciate their customers.”
