I am a regular at the drive thru at 21st and Rock location and it felt like the tellers hated doing their job as they hardly wore a smile or had a pleasant demeanor or a friendly voice. The difference was super clear as I just visited the East Central location. Maybe the Intrust Bank drive thru tellers at 21st and Rock can learn how to be friendly from the East Central location.”

So if you take out too much and want to deposit it right back into your account you will have to wait until Monday, which I was charged a $29 over draft fee.
