“I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. All my appointments have been with Sasha. She's very good with fades and with the scissors. I asked for a high skin fade, for her to blend in my combover seamlessly with the fade, and for her to thin out the top. I never looked so sharp before... The photo was taken a couple days after the haircut, but you can tell that the fade grew in perfectly and it's blended in perfectly with the top.”

The cashier was very friendly and talkative, and she confidently answered my Q about my app rewards. I don’t know how to give credit to those who help me online. But I emailed Starbucks about mishaps in a couple of other recent orders. Bagner S. and Edwin R. both helped me tremendously! They added my missing rewards, credited me $ for incorrect orders, and even gave back my expired rewards that I didn’t know were expiring! That made my day and was the icing on the cake! Many people (including myself) are quick to email or post when we have negative experiences, so I wanted to post something good. Thank you, Starbucks!!”

For less than $50 I was able to get a partial mannequin, boxes for jewelry, a very large roll of tissue paper, gift/shopping bags in multiple sizes and receipt books. The staff greeted us on the way in/out and helped us when we had questions. Walked away thinking that they really appreciate their customers.”

“Wow, if I were a regular coffee goer, and wanted a place to hang out, this place is where I would go. The specialties are amazing, we tried the Marilyn Monroe and Brad Pitt. I liked the Monroe over Pitt personally but it’s very unique, tasty coffee. The atmosphere is down to Earth. I feel like it gives an Asheville vibe. The music while I was there was 90’s alt/grudge which fits the atmosphere. Give this place a try for the coffee, and the atmosphere! I love this place. Wish I knew about this place earlier and makes me wish I attended UNCG for college. Good feelings all around.”

“A nice store with a relaxing atmosphere. Only issue I have is that the cafe is out of seasonal drinks (most recently the pumpkin spice cold brew). I end up waiting in line for 10 minutes for the barista to tell me he or she doesn’t have the drinks I want. It would be nice if there was a note on the menu or cash register telling what was out so I’m not wasting my time standing in line. Other than this it’s a typical Barnes and Noble.”
