“I met some of the sales reps at shot show in Las Vegas, NV. I enjoyed learning about their products, especially the Fearless line. A couple of months ago, I decided to get a new vest. My sales rep was gone, but that's actually a good thing. Shannon, the new West Coast Sales Rep is hands on and personable. I gave her a phone call and she came out to my department, the folllowing week. She showed samples of her products for guys that didn't get the opportunity to go to the Shot Show... She sized anyone who wanted to be sized. No pressure. I got my vest and was completely amazed by the customer service. You will not get that type of service with any other body armor company. “I called the store to see whether they had a summer (straw) western hat in my size. The young saleswoman answered the phone in Spanish, but she quickly switched to English. She said they did have hats in my size, and when I entered the store a few minutes later, I saw a complete selection of boots, belts and other western clothing. She had brought from the stockroom several other hats near my size for me to try. She was most helpful, and I found the hat that suited me at a very reasonable price. Note that Tierra Caliente does not accept credit cards but deals strictly in cash.”

This DTLR location has the most shoes on display I have ever seen. There must be 300 (or more) on display. Store was clean, organized and very well stocked. Super impressed with this DTLR.
