We explained his history and they made it a point to make sure he was comfortable and relaxed. I have never seen him as relaxed as he was at this dentist. They took their time, were professional, honest and easy to talk to. I was able to go back and sit in the room with him while he got his root canals, which meant a lot. In my opinion this was the best experience you could have while getting 2 root canals done in 1 sitting. I highly recommend them.”

“I can't speak on the urgent care side but for the primary side, I had great care from Dr. Theodore Derse earlier this week. I had a bad experience at the wake med in knightdale seeing Patrick Bruff, FNP and was almost done with wakemed but Dr. Derse sat down next to me and listened to my concerns without having the medical records there and was able to answer my questions about medications I considered using and giving me better solutions to help with my blood pressure. He was professional, personable and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to take anything and his recommendation worked. My blood pressure went from 140s/90s to 112/70 and that was a reading today. I have also reduced my sodium intake and will work on walking to reduce my weight which he wasn't concerned about since I lost 6-7 from my last visit. No one is perfect and can't be expected to know everything in the healthcare field but all I was asking for was a provider to listen to my issues with my health history and come up with a treatment plan that we both can agree on that is working! I will continue to see him for my primary needs!”
