We worked with their team to do a complete kitchen renovation - Knocking down walls, rerouting plumbing, electrical, new cabinets and countertops, etc. This was the first time my wife and I have taken on major projects in our home and were diligent in our search for contractors. Rich stood out from the rest - He was kind, informative, and helped walk my wife and I through the process and helped us decide on a final design. He was extremely patient with us as we made tweaks to the plan along the way and helped us arrive at a solution for each change. He not only acted as our general contractor who coordinated with the carpenters, drywall specialists, plumbers, and electricians, but he went above and beyond by sharing his wisdom on how I should go about completing some of my own projects around the house - i.e. laying hardwood flooring, replacing and resizing windows, etc. I highly recommend reaching out to Rich and the Carolina Cabinet Company for your next project. “Very good store! The price is very reasonable, at some items is better than big stores. They sell tons of books and kids books, which are quite complete, with amazing price. Make sure to check the books with reduced price tag, the prices are so cheap. They also sell toys and board games, with very reasonable prices. They also have a loyalty program that you can sign up. The staffs are quite friendly, the place is clean, and the parking spots are numerous and close by.”

“The girl that loaded my car at target stacked 3 cases of water on top of each other and put the other bags behind it. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I heard them all fall over. No big deal, it’s just water. Then I started smelling detergent. Pulled over to get gas and checked the back, this is what I found. The water broke the lid on my detergent and all 150oz ended up all over the trunk of my car 😭 I was so mad and just wanted to cry. Like how do you even clean this up?? I called Target and explained what happened, and told them I was headed back to at least get a replacement detergent. Let me tell you, I did NOT expect what happened next. Honestly, I figured they’d give me another detergent, maybe a $20 gift card and obligatory apology. Oh no. They gave me a $40 gift card. Brought my cold items inside to keep in the coolers while they took pictures and filled out an incident report (to have a professional cleaning paid for), then CRAWLED IN THE BACK TO CLEAN IT UP as best they could. They also noticed one of the cases of water had detergent on it so they also replaced that. They were so nice and apologized profusely for this happening. They even left some what they called “hero pads” to continue soaking it up until I could bring it in to be cleaned. So a big THANK YOU to Peter and Dustin at the Wake Forest Target for your OUTSTANDING customer service. I drove away truly feeling like you made the situation right.”

“The staff was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote over the phone based on the number of spaces and total square footage of the house. The day of the cleaning the staff walked through the property with me and explained the process. The cleaning took 40 minutes and 8 hours of drying. The staff member did voice concern about my particular carpet due to old stains, however he was successful in removing all the stains!!! I would highly recommend ProGreen Carpet to people I know for a similar service.”

They’ve been making mattresses the same way for years, have mastered their craft, and charge much more reasonable prices than their competitors. My wife and I needed a mattress fast when we moved, and while I believe they do deliver, we went straight to the store and drove home with our new mattress and bespoke box spring that day. The woman answering the phone. The man working on the floor accused us of moving around the sales price tags. The other male salesperson was the most rude during our phone conversation when Oscar wasn't working the day that I called to update my order. I told him I would wait to speak with Oscar since he was being so rude and he yelled "well why didn't you just ask for him first then!"
