With their help, he made an heirloom quality piece that is unlike any ring i've ever seen on the mainstream market. They both take time, effort, and heart to listen and create your vision. Above all else, their work is quality. I loved my engagement ring so much that we went back to them for my wedding band, which they made custom as well. I say this is overdue because today, nearly 2 years after our wedding date, we were able to walk in and speak with both Vanessa and Lee. Vanessa remembered the stones in my ring and gave my special piece a complimentary cleaning. I’m pretty new to BB, but now I have several items and absolutely love the quality! The new shoes are very well-made and to me much better than Sperry. I don’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me but one was a woman, and two older gentlemen. Very helpful and accomodating; instead of repairing a sweater I brought in I was given a credit, which to me is even better, I can choose something new. But I really want to thank all the staff there, they’re all very professional and courteous and know how to treat customers! Definitely go in and look around if you want some new stuff and want the classy experience of shopping there!!”

“Forever 21 has gotten better since pre-covid. They made sure everyone was 6ft apart while standing in line briefly to enter the store. They are keeping everything clean, i saw several workers spraying stations down and wiping. Which i appreciate greatly. Their plus size section has improved but I would like a bigger section. The whole store is for smaller sizes, a small men section and a small plus size section. But i found several items on sale.”
