The young men seemed a little tired when I walked in, but they quickly gave excellent customer service, and created the prettiest Italian subs in a tub that I've had in all my years of going to different Jersey Mike's. It was so beautiful that I ordered a second one. And I could not wait to get home to eat it! Their sanitation grade is a 98 at this time, but I feel good about them making 100% next time around. The dining area was clean. And the associates were wearing masks.”

Drinks were good, I came on some boneless special night where I was able to get double the wings for half the price therefore I got 30 boneless for the price of 15 and my military discount made the bill all the more better. The server and the manager made sure there wasn't a long wait for any of the tables on that side of the restaurant, and had a great sense of humor. Plenty of restaurants have their own means from basic register payments, to the server and more, I like that here you can scan the QR code with your phone to be able to get the bill and pay whenever rather than having to wait if by chance its busy.”

Fair enough but even so we had a heck of a wait, we may have fallen through the cracks? Our server was doing a good job but we did have to question the wait. In this case it was not so much that something went wrong but that the manager made good on it. The food finally arrived and it was very good, the shrimp tacos were sweet and spicy as described and the chimichanga was excellent as well. Also loved the black beans. We will go back again!”
