Due to COVID a few of my appointments have been through the MyChart video call system and they have made each video visit easy and fast. If I have any questions I can call and ask them anything, if they don’t answer at first they usually call back in a very timely manner. Doctors do go to other offices or are busy so if no doctor is available at this office they will find another close office to help if I need to be seen.”
