When I booked the room I was looking for a hotel that took cash and because I have 2 last names the computer wouldn't take my I.D. and this man was a life saver. He went above and beyond for me because I'm in town because my husband is on life support at Duke and I was alone. He say with me and talked to me and made me laugh, I was having such a bad day and he turned it around and showed me that some people do care. Thank you Mr. Dean, I won't forget you during this tough time. Thank you RedRoof for having such a great employee, he needs a raise. The room was nice, clean, and warm.”

“I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Manny is - in fact, I call him my Angel. I actually Googled best handyman in Charlotte and Handy Manny was on the list. After having several contractors who didn't show up, or come and then didn't provide estimate, I was desperate to find someone to just commit to do the job. I saw Manny's craftsmanship for woodwork and carpentry, read the reviews, and contacted him. He was prompt in responding and he showed up on time when he said he would to give me an estimate for wood shelves. I asked him if he could also do some painting work I needed done at another house and he followed me to my house 15 minutes away. Long story short- he came the next day - with his helper Brian- to paint, do repairs etc in the house i was selling. They were there for 9 hours and did everything we needed! It was perfect timing and they did a really great job! Mamny is thorough, efficient, helpful, meticulous, communicative, punctual, and reasonably priced - ask the things you look for.
