“I must leave a review of this company. Being new to the area it has been such a disappointing endeavor trying to find a plumber. Multiple months of waiting. I have contacted companies, tv ads, friend of friends, and referrals just to be disappointed by not getting callbacks or waiting for a visit that never happened. February 8, 2021, called Katherine (very pleasant/professional) answered at 8ish AM. She set up a 2-hour window visit for that date with a technician named Tommy. She shared what the fee would be per hour and supplies would be additional. Tommy called before the scheduled window and asked if he could come, which I agreed. He was professional, professionally dressed, personable, quick, explained the problem and shared a resolution if it happened again. He returned the work area back to the same as when he arrived. I am giving this company the highest rating possible. Professional quality service from the beginning to the very successful completion.”
