(January 29, 2020, 9:40 am)I went to get a Bodpod assessment. Dawn sat me down after and explained what I needed to do to improve my body composition. She took her time and explained the importance of everything and why I should do it. She didn't try to upsell me, she just did the assessment. I'm going back again soon.
(June 7, 2019, 10:19 am)I have to say I was a little reluctant to spend the $$ for my consult but it was worth every cent. I gained insight into my body (body fat and thigh glycogen stores) and Dawn gave me a specific diet. After 4 months I went from a "fat" 186 to a lean 167 and feel great. Thanks, Dawn.
