Tim always answered the phone or promptly called me back and answered any questions I had. Handled insurance company with no problem (rental car, supplemental claim, etc) to make sure I was taken care of. When I got the car back it looked as good as it did when I took it off the showroom floor. They took the time to wash, wax, and seal the exterior and wheels, and even detailed the interior.
