“I have been doing CrossFit for almost two years now. I love to drop in at different boxes when I travel. I had the pleasure of dropping in at CrossFit Continuity two days in a row. Though it is a small space, they maximize it and make it work. I really enjoyed the workouts both days (fun, long Thanksgiving workout!). Additionally, all of the gym members knew each other by name and it seemed like a great community. Coaches were helpful and kind. Excited to drop in again the next time I'm in the area!”

Wes went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired when it broke down today around 5:15pm, the day before New Years Eve. He knew my emergent situation and not only found the problem, but he also found the part I needed quickly. To my amazement he then called James from Mieneke down the street to get me right over to have them repair my car. He was helpful, professional, kind, and honest! I know, I had to pinch myself to make sure this was real! I highly recommend visiting Wes next time you need any type of vehicle parts or general help with your car needs. “Went to Olde Milford Barber Shop to get my first straight razor shave as a birthday present, plus a haircut. I was pleasantly surprised. The shave was quite good and I got the best haircut I ever had. The decor was nice and reminiscent of older days with modern updates. The staff were very fun to interact with the myriad of topics for conversation. With my hair thinning in all the wrong places and a monk bald spot my Barber took into account those with the shape of my head as it should be done and gave me a magnificent haircut.
