“My friend and I visited this store this evening and were very pleased with the service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable the staff was. There are tons of these sort of privately owned and family run cell phone/convenient food-marts here in the inner-city (or should I say 'hood' lol) of Cleveland and most of them seem to run their stores in "scummy" sort of way and a lot of employees are usually rude, too. Not here though!! The two gentlemen who helped us (pretty sure they were the owners) were great. Really my only complaints are that the store was a little crammed/cluttered and (in my opinion) a taddddd-bit overpriced. But all-in-all, we were happy with the service we received. We will certainly come back here for any future cell-phone needs! 😊”

“Great place! Feels a bit “hole in the wall” but great food, great portion, and very reasonably priced. Only downside is , occasionally it can be a little slow to get your food. The kitchen has limited capacity and depending on takeout orders in queue you could be sitting there for 30+ minutes before you get your food. Usually it’s great - and it’s something would happen at any popular restaurant. Also food can be a little inconsistent - same dish, different days can range from amazing to meh. What I love is their tea. It’s loose leave, like what’d you’d get at Li Wah. It is much better than other Chinese places downtown like Sichuan Palace, Sichuan Hotpot, and Sichuan Restaurant, who’d just give you a pot with cheap teabags that tastes horrible. The tea compliments greatly with the Cantonese dishes they have, and really completes a meal. Also they give out orange slices at the end, which is a nice touch. Those quirks are what makes this place so unique and special, and keep me coming back for more. This is my most frequented restaurant in CLE. You can get stuffed with 2-3 dishes and have enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Love this place.”
