“I so wish that we had Swenson’s in North Carolina. Every time we are in Cleveland it is a must. I agree with Forbes on claiming this as the best burger, at least in the realm of fast food burgers I would say so. The burger is incredibly flavorful. I think it’s a combination of the sauce and coleslaw that makes it so good. Fried mushrooms are bangin. Service is fast and friendly. No complaints whatsoever.”

Order was ready at stated time, correct, and was easy to pick up at the front. Prices are super reasonable for the main dish portions you get, although the yakis seem a little overpriced for the portion (but are delicious). Whenever we're looking for quick, fresh takeout, we'll be back!”

“Fantastic place. The staff was so polite and friendly. It was our first time here they walked us through everything and came back several times to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The food came out very fast and it was not only awesome but very reasonably priced. We had the hummus which I normally don't care for but this was good and not overly garlicky like most places. I had the Sittoo's combo and my wife had the steak shawarma sandwich and spinach pie. Everything was fresh, well prepared and tasted fantastic. We also grabbed a baclava assortment,a coconut bar and pitas to take home. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. Keep up the great work!”

“Came down to Ohio for the Duck Show because my dad, aunt and Grandpa had entries. My dad, stepmom, brother , and best friend came here and had a blast. Everything was amazing. “Real great atmosphere. This was my first time at this place. The staff was very friendly. Very encouraging about things to try. Next time I'm going to try this deep fried burrito that they kept recommending that they're known for. I had initially just got me a steak bowl and a steak was on point. I did try the hot sauces that they on the side I was not disappointed at all. I will be returning back to them because I've been looking for another place outside of Chipotle. But again, I cannot say enough about the staff. They are just so friendly and helpful with everything.”

“First time at this restaurant and I was impressed. The beer selection was amazing and their in house beer was excellent. Lots of tv’s to watch the games and the food was fresh and hot. Large food menu with great selections. Good happy hour offerings also. I will say there is a uniformed cop that arrives at 6 PM everyday for security reasons at this location. I was there on a Monday evening and there where no issues. Would go back again!”

The soft pretzels were the frozen ones you microwave (like at home) but my twins still enjoyed them. We had a blast with help of the handicap rails although they seemed to favor rolling to the right on our lane my 2.5 year old twins didn't notice/care, they probably just need tightened.”

I had to break the chicken off the bone and make my own sandwich. I'll bet a tasty bun and boneless chicken would make this sandwich even better. The fries were on point. The chicken sandwich taste good for sure. But when you order a chicken sandwich it should be boneless chicken. Other then that I would definitely recommend as a quick spot to grab a bite.”
