“I was a customer for many years at Their Place Storage but I just didn’t need the space anymore. It was always well maintained and secure. You always have access, but there are gates and fences so there are no “looky-lews” or kids trying to find something to do. In the winter, they leave shovels out intermittently if you have any blocking your space. They plow the main roads between units, but you are responsible for the couple feet in front of your spot. Always pleasant in the office and very amenable with questions or issues. Highly recommend them!”

Bryan Berry was fantastic to work with - he was responsive and followed through on everything he said he'd do. We had office furniture being moved to numerous locations across Cleveland - all of which had to be disassembled to some extent. It required several moves on several days. I liked their pricing/fee structure and I thought the costs were reasonable. Business on the Move did a superb job for us and I highly recommend them.”

“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! I had 2 big couches (one was a fold out bed), a box spring, a mattress, one headboard, queen-size bed frame, and old automobile seats. Alexandria called when they were on their way, and answered any questions/concerns I had regarding room space, hallway access, etc. They gave me an on-site estimate within 10 minutes, and got everything loaded onto their trucks within 15 min.
