“Visiting great grandma from NYC and of course service lights came on. Not wanting to risk driving back with the lights on and a known recall. I am soooo glad I called Buckeye Honda. They were able to get us in diagnose the issue and EVEN had the part in stock!! Fixed the recall and the issue within about an hour. Lindsey and the entire crew was so kind, professional and efficient! I would not hesitate to bring our car here again! Also they have a wonderful play area and everything is super clean and spacious. Only negative is my toddler was super bummed since I had promised him a shuttle ride but turns out we didn't need it since our service appointment was a lot shorter than I anticipated! “Had a great experience working with David to get our carpet picked out and installed. We originally went in thinking we wanted one brand of carpet but after David showed us a similar carpet that was much more dense and better quality for the same price we were so happy he pointed it out to us and we are thrilled with how nice and plush the carpet is. Since we were getting three bedrooms a hallway and a living room done they waived the delivery fee since we live quite a distance away from the store. Thrilled with the carpet and the installation. The crew did a great job and since they measure the rooms with lasers it allowed us to pick where we wanted the seams to fall on the computer-generated layout. Plus compared to other carpet stores their price for the carpet included installation where other locations that was extra. Crew did a great job of cleaning up and vacuuming when done.”
