My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. He worked with me and my husband to get me into that vehicle at a price point I could live with. I have been with the Nissan brand since 2007 and have leased 3 vehicles through Germain. “This church is such a great selection of people, I always feel so welcome and loved. There is also great programs and outreach events for people to get involved and meet each other. There's a great kids program, vbs, awesome Christmas plays, bible quizzing and more. The teens also have a nice youth group that meets multiple times and they do fun outings like lazer tag and such. They also have a quiz team. There are multiple adult groups for anyone to join, there's a college and career group, a variety of other adult groups like the bridge and the journey. They plan potlucks, mom2moms, have bonfires, holiday parties, organize euchre tournaments and there's a ladies and men's retreat each year! Theres so much to do and to bond and grow with others in God. It's such a blessing.”
