“Stopped in randomly on a road trip and had a great experience! Yea this shop is sorta in the middle of nowhere, but don’t let that scare you away. They has 15+ flavors of ice cream, and options of sundaes and other treats. The inside is adorable, decorated with hearts etc. there is a patio outside to sit too. Portions were generous for the price and I enjoyed the variety of fun flavors they had. Defiantly worth a little detour to enjoy!”

“My family and I have been staying here during vacations since it was first constructed… often in the Spring and Fall! It is the best hotel I ever stayed at… comfortable beds, fine furniture, and an entertainment center and other amenities that always satisfies. It’s quiet and clean—no cleaning aromas that you often have to tolerate in other hotels. The associates are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team are exceptional. They really care about your comfort. The pool is great for the kids. It’s always super clean. Finally, the breakfast area is unique with a giant tree in the center and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard! You will definitely enjoy your stay! We have, for many, many years! Erie wouldn’t have it any other way! Cheers!”

“Been going here since a toddler. Never gets old when you want some good, old fashioned, down home, Amish cookin. Their fried is solid, nic and crisp, batter not too thick, and tender, juicy meat. Their roast beef is amazingly delicious. Their mash is awesome, had two helpings last night, a long with some awesome beef gravy. My wife got some of their bratwurst and sauerkraut. Excellent!!! Not rubbery at all, very tender! Bread pudding is very mild, but has that awesome custard texture. Now pair that with their apple butter and homemade whipped cream and you got a freaking full stomach for 2 days! Yeah. The only thing I didn't care for was the green beans and rolls. Both were mediocre. Other than that, awesome place to dine.”
