“I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location! They went above and beyond to accommodate me from our very first interaction. I needed to rent a car because my personal car is getting a repair, they allowed me to pick up my rental Monday morning almost 3 hours early so I didn't have to miss any more work. On Thursday they called me to notify me that the car I was renting had hit a certain mileage and they were going to take the car off the lot, and asked me to bring it in to be put in a newer car. I had absolutely no problem with this as I drive A LOT for work, and have the car reserved for two weeks. I was able to swap out the cars today (Friday), and was given the choice between two cars, and they had me ready to go in five minutes. Now, I got 10 minutes down the interstate and just absolutely did not like how to car drove, and I want to make it clear that the car was in perfect condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just a personal preference of how the car handled. I brought it back and asked if there was any way I could be put in a different car, because as I stated I drive so much for work, I just wanted to be comfortable with the vehicle I was driving. Kiara is the employee who has helped me most throughout the process, and I cannot describe how amazing her customer service is. She gladly switched me into another vehicle, again in less than five minutes I was out of there! There were a few other things along the way that they accommodated for me as well, but seriously, this is the best location I've ever been to!”

“From the moment I was given my referral to visit Dr. C to see if I was a candidate for medical marijuana, the Patient Focus team made everything easy. I was able to do almost everything online, including obtain the needed medical records for Dr. C to review. The education & online test were really eye-opening & informative. I felt more certain than ever that my primary care physician had made the right decision to send me for medical marijuana. When I got in there for my actual first appointment, I found the office to be clean & the staff friendly & efficient. Dr. C did not keep me waiting, she was in with me in just a very few minutes. She clearly had actually **read** my information that had been submitted online & she asked questions that were not in any way "generic" or cookie-cuttered & which related directly to me & my medical conditions. She spent a considerable amount of time with me as well -- this wasn't a 10 minute in & out deal. She may not have known me when I walked in the door, but she definitely knew my case & she got to know me during that initial appointment. I cannot recommend the practice enough & Dr. C herself in particular. A very daunting & lengthy experience with a ton of hoops & procedures was made as easy as possible & I knew when I walked out of the office that this was indeed a sound medical decision for me & my particular case. Their tile contractor in particular did an excellent job. Rus was very diligent and had great communication throughout the process. We are extremely happy with BRV Remodeling and will use them again in the future when the time comes to do our kitchen.”
