The chefs are very kind and easy to talk to while they are making your food. They never shoot down any questions and reply in a great tone. “The Estate was our wedding venue on 4/29/22. We chose this place for the combination of beautiful grounds, large windows with natural lighting, ability to choose vendors, opportunity for a horse appearance, and affordability around this time last year. Most of our experiences with The Estate have been great and they were helpful in making our wedding day happen. Their email response times are pretty good (within 24-48 hrs), and they were proactive in most communications. On the day of, everything was set out, super clean (including the horse) and ready to go for us. And I think the bridal suite was even remodeled since we first toured, so they are clearly focused on improving and expanding what they offer! The Estate has an organized set of meetings leading up to weddings, and they help make sure you're checking off all the milestones you need to. You get the chance to walk around and take pictures or plan how you need to. We definitely recommend inviting your coordinator, photographer, and maybe DJ to The Estate during the last meeting. Our only reasons for not giving five stars are 1) the number of changing contacts, and 2) the length of approval process for vendors. We understand people changing roles or moving on; it happens, but it does also contribute to the experience of working with a venue. The knowledge exchange from one liaison to the next was decent, but there is always a learning curve and when planning something as stressful as a wedding, it's a tinge extra stressful when you don't know if the person you are speaking with knows all of the verbal and written communications preceding them. For vendor approval, each major vendor (photographer, DJ, coordinator, caterer, etc.) needs to fill out an agreement with The Estate if they have not worked with them prior, and provide proof of licenses/insurance. We're happy such a vetting process exists, but we were not always left on copy for emails when approval had been given, and aren't supposed to sign contracts with vendors before they have been approved, so that made figuring out whether we were good to go a challenge sometimes. Our photographer took so long to get approved during Nov/Dec that we had to push the second half of our engagement shoot out several months due to needing to wait to sign our contract. Overall, good place to work with and we are happy we had our wedding there. Highly recommend working with LMR Catering for ease and familiarity with The Estate, and hiring a coordinator/planner. Pro tip: you're going to have to work with Prime Time rentals, so look for when their next open house is! They're huge and fun. Enjoy your wedding planning!”

“I recently ordered a vegan cake for a Fall get-together, and it was the best vegan cake I've ever had! Tina was fantastic to work with and extremely kind and flexible, especially with only about 24 hours' notice. Her creativity really shined in her Fall color scheme and leaf design, which you can see below. She also made the cake half vanilla, half chocolate on request, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone really liked the cake -- especially the vanilla layer -- and I will most definitely order another one in the near future! I highly recommend Tina, especially if you are looking for a vegan cake!”

“This is my first ever Google review but I figure it's worth taking the time for. I recently got a cistern installed for our well so we'd have a constant, large supply of water at any time. I worked with several local companies in the Spokane, WA area and wasn't impressed with either pricing, customer service, or both. Most local bids came back around $1500-2400 for a pump and float valves with little explanation for the long list of additional parts that were "necessary". I reached out to Rain Brothers after stumbling upon several of their YouTube videos demonstrating how to install a cistern pump, pressure tank, etc as they seemed to specialize in this sort of thing. Not only was their customer service excellent (thanks to Christie and Justin for all your help) but their product selection and pricing was way better than anything else I'd found. Ended up purchasing a cistern specific pump and necessary float valves for a little under $500. The YouTube videos and articles on their website are a huge help as well since I'm doing the whole install myself. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again!”

“Best buying experience I’ve ever had! We were shopping for a fifth wheel trailer with multiple slides as we had to temporarily move out of our house for health reasons. Our sales representative at SVG, Shane, was kind and compassionate and if we had questions, was quick to find answers. After we purchased the trailer, SVG’s service department went over it with a fine toothed comb to make sure everything was sealed and functioning. Josh, the lead technician was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs concerning the trailer. Unbelievably, Josh delivered the trailer free of charge to our home, AND set it up for us. During the first weeks, we had a couple of small glitches and questions, and he came back out on his own time two or three times to fix small things and install a few components that he had on order for the trailer. None of this was charged. The trailer itself is wonderful and just what we needed. We felt super taken care of by the staff at SVG who were not only professional, but kind as well, going well above and beyond what most auto/rv dealers would do. Highly recommend! Five stars!”
