“Just a generally lovely park. Friendly people, nice walking trail, good playground if you’ve got kids. There’s also a neat little creek that you can walk along if you go off the trail at some points”

“This park is absolutely stunning. Not your typical park, yet a welcome surprise. The land is beautiful, high on a hill, surrounded by trees and hills. The park offers many hiking trails that are miles long in the woods, over creeks and under a canopy. There is a Frisbee golf course throughout the front section. While there, I saw deer walking through the far end. The benches and shelters are perfectly placed to capture the breathtaking views of the sunset. This park is truly a hidden gem in Anderson. Please note, no playgrounds just your imagination here, and two portable restrooms. This is now my favorite park in Anderson. Stunning.”

“Great Splash Park for kids all ages and for families. The one-time admission for 1 kid - $3.50. It's very safety area and there's small splash area for infants. There're playground, nature center and splash park in Woodland Mount.”

“Very nice, peaceful park. The only downside was the smaller play area but it is still a very nice park with decent shade. There is even a shaded walking path around the diamonds. Plenty of cute lizards too! It looks like the park used to have a water feature where the rocks are near the sand but it is all dry now.”

“This is seriously an outstanding fitness experience. If you're tired of the gym scene and looking for a class with well laid out fitness programming; ample personal attention to scale your workout up or back (depending on your experience); and a vast variety of full body workouts in a community who enjoys to be outdoors and workout, look no further. I am thrilled that I found Kevin and ELMNTL Fitness. Kevin is a great coach and a genuine dude. When you meet him it will become obvious why he has such a loyal fitfam. GREAT COACH! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT WORKOUT!”

“We walked the dogs on the lily trout nature trail. I think it was about 1.6 miles. It was a well maintained trail. It had a lookout over the river. A little hard to see the view in the summer but I'm sure very pretty once some of the leaves are down. The park had a portalet available if needed.”
