“Impeccable work and customer service. Shane knows his stuff and went above and beyond in servicing three of my bikes. I thought I needed full tune-ups but he determined that I didn’t. I was traveling for work and we didn’t have a truck at the time to pick them up and he dropped them off at my house on his way home! For as long as we are in Austin, Canyon Cycles will be my go-to for anything bike related!”

“Got to the Bass Island Trailhead only to realize my rear tire had blown out. Super disappointed. Good thing Fifty West was right around the corner. I have a 1980s Raleigh steel frame road bike. We headed to the shop, parked easily in their designated spots, and were helped right away. On a Wednesday evening, it seemed most people were there for the brewery so the shop was pretty mellow. Dave was our mechanic and was super respectful, helpful, and taught me a lot about my bike, what went wrong, why it went wrong, and provided solutions. He went above and beyond my expectations, and did not patronize me or talk to me in a condescending manner like MANY BIKE SHOP DUDES DO. As a woman, I'm tired of this garbage and really appreciate bike shops that treat women with respect. Anyway, we were outta there in 30 minutes, with a new tube, tire, and fixed up rear brake. Tom was really cool too. I definitely want to go back for my other bike needs. I highly recommend this bike shop.”

“Very helpful and accommodating staff! I’m a newbie, and I had no idea how to fix my flat. The young man at the store showed me, step by step, so that I can do it myself in the future. He gave me tips on oiling the chain, and he even carried a bike rack out to my car so I could see whether it might obscure my backup camera. Another tech checked out my not-so-new tires and said he didn’t think they needed to be replaced just yet. I appreciate the integrity.”

“I’m surprised they are actually nice now. I had to buy boxing gloves and everyone was super helpful. No body followed me around the store like in the past. Even the cashier was extremely nice. I’m glad they have changed for the better. The prices are still high but worth it now that customers service is better.”
