It seemed like from one trip to the next on an international flight through IAD, the company just "flipped that pancake" and completely reversed their strategies and quickly climbed the business ladder and left both Hertz and Avis far behind. One of those changes was how the company responds to feedback, and the fact that positive feedback is shared throughout the company is extremely impressive.
