“Last Sunday I wife suffered from a Pulmonary Embolism. My twin brother and his squad came over to my house and they escorted my wife to the hospital professionally. They also saved her life while administering CPR on the way. Not just because he’s my brother but I want high recognition to his entire squad that Sunday morning for saving my wife’s life his sister-in-law‘s life and I’m sure he would do it for anyone’s wife or family member. They all should receive huge pat on the back and respect from our public. We citizens of Fairfax should feel lucky that we have such a Fire & Rescue Department so close to us.”

“So grateful for this particular station as my dad wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for them! We were unaware that the police department had placed a ‘dangerous’ order on our address (just b/c we’ve had multiple issues with the police department). This particular order states that the emts & firefighters have to wait for police to declare it safe before they can come. The fire department didn’t wait as they knew we were ‘dangerous’ since they had been at our house a few months prior. The police didn’t even arrive until the emts were pulling away. Once my dad got to the hospital, the doctor said that if it wasn’t for the emts arriving so quickly he would’ve died. I cannot express how thankful I am for them taking that risk and coming to our house anyway! Also the order placed on our address has now been removed, thanks to the fire department & 911 dispatch!”

“I called Green Two FD because my smoke alarm kept going off (just moved in beginning of December, using microwave most of the time). It was too close to the kitchen so they put in a new (old one was hard wired). Then the new one started going off every 7 minutes or so. I had to have them come back. It was defective. New one works fine. They were very helpful & professional. Thanks, guys!”
