“It was my wife and my first time working out in a long time. This is such a nice small gym! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Josh the owner welcomed us. Keith Benjamin our personal trainer is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He gave us some stretch goals, but didn’t push us too hard like we experienced at Orange Theory. They asked us about our current fitness plan, which doesn’t exist, and are helping us develop our goals. They have nice, diverse set of equipment. They’re rates are decent and we look forward to our next class. I highly recommend this gym. Seniors should check it out but anyone would like it.”
