One of the most experienced yoga teachers I have met. She is a direct student of Yogi Amrit Desai, a pioneer and profound master of yoga. She knows the postures and their significance very well and trains other yoga teachers. She also teaches regular students.
Her sessions always start with a relaxing and enlightening discussion, followed by yoga. She pays individual attention to the students and asks if anyone prefers postures to focus on a particular region of their body (shoulders, back, etc...). I always leave the sessions lighter and peaceful.
Best Yoga studio in north east Ohio. Country setting - the view out the windows is breath taking all through the seasons. Bhumi is a wonderful teacher and a soulful guide.
