Tannenberg Pet Resort

We brought our Australian Cattle Dog here for kenneling while we were out of town. She seemed very well kept, and happy. She didn't try to bolt for the door when I picked her up, so she must have had a great time!! Staff is so friendly, I definitely felt good about leaving Sydney in their capable hands.

I boarded my dog here in December and was extremely nervous as he is a high anxiety dog, but let me tell you: Tannenberg was AMAZING! They were very comparable in price to other places in the area. The staff was so sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. They understood my concerns and eased my mind. When I came to pick up my pup, he was bathed and clearly happy. They all were sad to see him go. I am so impressed. I recommend highly to everyone!

We sent our dogs and cat here for years, throughout a couple dogs lifetimes. They all got a nice bath and seemed happy when we would pick them up.

We adopted a rescue dog (bulldog/lab) that (without DNA testing) that they deemed to be a pit bull. To be fair… the dog does resemble a pit bull, but is the sweetest dog I’ve ever had.

When needing to board our dogs and cat together, we go elsewhere. Often however, we still take our dog and cat there, and bring our nicer (pit bill looking) dog on the trip.

To the confusion of my family, they continued to take our mean and bite-loving dog, but not the nice one.

I’m sure there is an insurance policy that bars pit bulls from being boarded. No complaints other than wanting to board them all together.

First experience with them, I brought a 2-year old, German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees mix (who is inexperienced and afraid of everything). All 3 of the people working the front counter were super friendly and understanding. They clipped his claws and gave him a bath. He looks great!! Thank you!!
