He has a great network of contractors and team to get things done quickly and within a budget. He worked with my tenants, painters, garage people, etc to get the house on the market much quicker than I could have done remotely. My house needed a few things spruced up, he got us quotes and we went thru what would help the house sell vs what was overboard. He was pragmatic and gentle in discussing the pro/cons of the house, and how to price and list it. He's also just a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. My text-message-inbox feels empty without his constant communication; I might just buy or sell another house just to hang out with him more.”

“We bought replacement windows with wood veneer that needed to be stained. This was a DIY project that worried me a lot because we needed to match the stain to the existing trim. I believe the lady who stain matched for us was Kacy. I just wanted to say she did a phenomenal job matching the color. She was also extremely helpful in instructing us about needing wood conditioner first, something we never would have thought of needing ourselves. The job went extremely well thanks to her instruction and the quality stain and poly we bought. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and know-how of Kacy and the others who work at this store. This is our go-to location as it is really close to our house.
