Having an opportunity to be taught completely in Spanish is a rare opportunity, especially in this area. Kids can learn languages so much easier than adults, so this is incredible. Not only do they learn the language, but they also grow in empathy and understanding of cultures that differ from their own, in a way that I could never teach them at home! Unfortunately we moved away from Ohio this year and away from this amazing school. But Our oldest is now in first grade and just scored at the 97% level nation wide in both reading and math. I attribute this greatly to her preschool and kindergarten education at DIS!”
