David helped me plan with terrific ideas that I could trust. He was patient and understanding all along the way. They painted, installed flooring, tile, rerouted plumbing etc. You name it, they did it. They were professional and enjoyable to have around. The whole team was always kind, considerate, timely and very knowledgable. Once we were done with the shoe shopping experience. We started walking around looking at other thing they had to offer. Even the other employees were Super helpful with any question we had. “My cars suspension was rattling around and I called and asked for an appointment for the next day, the gentleman I talked to was very kind and informative. Later on in the day I called again and asked if I could just drop it off today, so that they could get a head start on the work and the woman I spoke with was on board with the idea. I dropped my car off at 2 pm and by 5 pm I was given a call to inform me my car was ready for pick up! The crew is very knowledgeable, hard working, and exceeded my expectations. Tenfold. Not to mention the cost of the repair was significantly less than what I expected to pay based on the research I conducted before even calling the shop. 2 thumbs up. 10/10. 5 stars.”

“These people are awesome! I ordered a shirt on a Thursday in hopes I would have it in time go go out of town for a concert the following Friday. Site says 3 to 5 business days before shipping, then standard shipping time added on. Not unreasonable at all. But probably not going to make it in time. I wanted the shirt though so figured why not try and see what happens. I put a note in the order comments that I’d really appreciate having it by the following Thursday. May have been a tall order, especially if they’re busy and who am I to ask to skip ahead, but can’t hurt to ask. They had that shirt to me by Wednesday. So happy with them and the shirt is great too! “St. Patrick's Day Luck from an auto part store with an Irish name! How fitting! I had been visiting in Germantown and was headed back home to northern VA...on a very tight schedule. I woke up on March 17th to find a gray and rainy day. Loaded up the car to get an early start and realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side (of course) was just smearing water...unsafe and impossible to see. Not being from the area...I figured I would have to go into Miamisburg or further to find a place and that would install them for me. I pulled into a gas station on Route 4 and as I was pumping gas - I looked up and saw O'Reilly Auto Parts! What a coincidence!! It was just past 7:30 am so I figured they didn't open until 9 or 10 am. WRONG! They were ALREADY OPEN! So as I was finishing at the pump, I called and spoke to a very nice representative - sorry I did not get his name - and he said not only did they have what I needed in stock IT WAS FREE INSTALLATION ! He was even nice enough to have them on the counter waiting as I drove across the street. He came out, put the new wipers on my car and my entire delay from this issue was less than 10 minutes! HOW AMAZING IS THAT? Thank you so much for a perfect location, perfect hours and perfect service.”

Delivery is a joke. I got the 4 brownie tin and a drink and they were suppose to deliver last Thursday…they arrived today. The ice packs as you can imagine were no longer cold and all the brownies were melted and not consumable. What a huge waste of money, time and resources!”
