The staff were very nice and caring, they were very empathetic with my pain and quickly got me a referral for removal. “I have very fond memories of Blackburn Park, which span over 5 decades. My family had many picnics there, starting when I was about five years old, I also played baseball there, growing up, and as a young adult, I partied in the park with my friends. When I became a father, I took my boys to Blackburn Park to play when we would come back into town, and now that I'm in my 60s, it's one of the parks I enjoy with my dog, Lacey. The park has a couple of baseball fields, a nice playground, picnic pavilions and areas, and plenty of open space in which to kick back and enjoy nature.”
