“This office is the best in Ohio. The ladies in there have been serving the Preble county area for as long as I can remember. They always go above and beyond to help you get things completed. They deal with customers that may become rude to them, because they forgot to bring in the documents that's are required for the services rendered. But let's be real they still provide great customer service. They are a business not a bank so a credit card fee is a kist. Why should businesses need to pay for the customer to use a credit card when it's a convenience for them to even offer the feature. He answered all my questions and I feel he did a very thorough job. I had no doubt that he not only wanted to fix the unit but that he wanted me to be completely satisfied. He was efficient in his work and willing to spend the time needed to check everything that might be involved in why it wasn't working. Drake installed my HVAC unit quite a few years ago and I have continued to have it serviced by Drake. The whole team is very nice and willing to help their customers when needed. I always feel like a valued customer when I call the office for information or setting up service calls.”

“Just bought my car from here yesterday. I am in love with my car. The staff and the cheaper lot were wonderful! They both need a raise, lol. Only issue I had was I felt a vibration in the steering before buying it. They "looked at it" but not really. So they couldn't really tell me what was wrong with it. I had to take it to my mechanic to be looked at to get an answer. When people buy a car they don't want it to have issues. Or at least be willing to look at it and fix it. They did at least take the price off for my mechanic to fix it. I would have much rather them have did some Diagnostics on it, found the issue and fixed it. It did have another smaller issue that they did fix. In conclusion, staff a++, really inspect the cars before putting them on the lot and fix any issues. Then u will get a 5 ★”

“Beautiful park. Driving thru the park was lovely. The road thru is one way, lots of curves and small hills which I loved! There are a few shelters for eating...I'm not sure if you have to reserve. There is a playground area. Parking areas so you can walk around the park. There was a cross country event going on so we didn't walk around like we wanted. I'll check that out next time.”
