“My family of 3 stayed last night. We’d been scheduled to stay somewhere else that, upon getting there, was not a good place to be. Our other arrangements were made and we arrived within 20 minutes. It was incredibly seamless. The front desk ladies were very helpful. The room was incredibly clean, the beds very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a hot tub by the pool. This may seem trivial, but a good working shower with a decent amount of water pressure is important to me. All was great. We appreciated the front desk’s help when my son forgot his comb and lost our key. The breakfast was better than expected. My son loved the waffle maker. We also appreciated the extra thought put into the front desk’s care of where we’d parked, and kept an eye on our car. Clean hotel + good service = very happy. I’d definitely stay again.”
