“Just moved to this area from the Stow area a few years ago and went to the shop last weekend and I loved their sign. They have a point, I just needed some pedals but if you are a cyclist some of the time or all of the time, you should give this shop a try. You need a place where you can get repairs, where you can talk to the community and get service. Sure, are they going to sell something for pennies on the dollar like online, no but you are paying for their experience, expertise, customer service and standing behind their product. I am considering an Electric assist-bike for myself and my wife and I can tell you when we do buy one, this is where we will buy one, not Amazon. As their sign says, Amazon can't/won't fix your bike.”

She couldn’t figure out how that could possibly happen. Asked a few questions and would followed up with Corporate. I went home, had a glass of cold water, and wow that hurt. My temporary crown was missing! Talk about feeling super stupid. Called manager, explained, went back for my temporary crown. She was so graceful, didn’t laugh at me, she was first class. “Owner was very sweet, and knows her stuff! Everything from decanters to vinyl records. Some art, lots of figurines and beanie babies galore. If you're looking for a unique gift, I bet they have something that would interest you. Prices are very reasonable and the store is very clean and pretty organized. The building is a testament to maintaining the history of the city while growing with it. While it isn't a huge shop, its comfortable and easy to get around the beautiful items she has to offer.”

“I am incredibly pleased with the care that my mother-in-law is receiving at The Laurels of Massillon. The admission process was very easy. At the initial care conference, the social worker and the assistant director of nursing were very aware of my mother-in-law's background and answered all of my wife's questions. The staff on her wing are extremely kind and try to motivate her as much as possible. My wife can log in and see exactly what her mom's stats are at any given time. The rooms are very clean and I love that the facility is calm and does not have a "frantic" feel about it. Reception staff are very friendly, as well.”
