“So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”

“I hate dealing with car salesmen, but with that being said, I needed to lease a vehicle as I had turned my other one in. I was prepared for a bums rush of vulture salesmen coming out to me before I could get out of my car, but to my suprise, they didn't! I went in to the showroom and met Jason, he told me to look around and if I had any questions, he'd be around. We asked him about a particular car I was interested in. He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there. He was so genuine, and very nice. He was never pushy or predatory. I told him I loved the vehicle but didn't think I could afford it. We sat down and crunched numbers to where I could fit it in my budget and ended up leaving as a happy owner of a brand new CX5! I've never had a dealership experience that was SO enjoyable as this and so refreshing! I really hadn't thought of purchasing a Mazda before because I thought they were expensive, but this model was not only cheaper than my Chevy Equinox, but it was LOADED with options that actually was INCLUDED in the price! Now, most dealerships will just give you the keys and send you on your way, but NOT Cascade Mazda! Upon receipt of the car, I was told to come in anytime for 30 min. so that they could go over the entire features of my car with me so I could learn where everything is. THAT was incredible and definitely wasn't expected! I've been driving my car for about 6 mo. now and I absolutely LOVE my CX5! I highly recommend this dealership and when I need another vehicle, I'll definitely be back.”
