“The woman at the front desk was very personable and very sweet. It was 4th of July holiday weekend decided to give them a try. Prices were amazing for the holiday weekend. No price increases. The room was very very clean. As other reviews were saying about the water it did at first have like a well water smell however, it only lasted a min. It's an old hotel you can expect that. I have to say the air conditioner took a bit too cool down but when it did it was very very cold. Overall I am very pleased.”

“We have lived in the park for over 20 years. Michelle worked for both the previous owners and the current owners. She has always been very helpful and does get back to people if she doesn't know an answer. Although the park has undergone changes, we find them to be very positive. The new owners have followed through on what they said they would do, I.e. renovating the hall, creating a work out room, making an outdoor fire pit area. Both Michelle and Gary have been extremely helpful in helping the residents with the transition from the previous owners to the current ones. Happy to live here and don't plan on going anywhere.”

“I've lived here 4 years, i pay my lot rent on time, i keep my yard clean, i follow the rules. Never had any problems with anyone, I'm next to the water, i fish & swim & enjoy my place. Neighbors are respectable also we look out for each other. I have noticed improvements & I'm glad to see the older homes being taken out & new homes coming in! That only brings the value of my home up. The condescending comments of management seems to be more personal then substantial. Keep up the good work managment & maintenance.”

“I’ve been on Lake Erie fishing many times but this I would say is the best trip ever. Captain JJ was the best I’ve seen on this lake. The lodging was very accommodating and clean. On Oct 12 we went fishing in not so great conditions, but he knew exactly where to go. If you want a good time of fishing and especially if you have kids and are trying to make it enjoyable for the kids Captain JJ is your guy. He takes it to heart to be sure the kids enjoy their time on the lake n will teach them some things along the way. My nine year old didn’t even get off the boat that day and was already asking to go back but only on seeing red charters. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Captain. By the way we caught limit that day, and listening to the radio other boats didn’t do so well.”

“As the name suggests this is best display of lights, activities and fun in winter with your coats on. Amazing lights decorated on most of the trees and rides of Kings island. They have some of the winter activities like skating, snow tubing etc. Make sure you have the proper winter gears as this is open till 10 PM. This is very fun and you feel like you are in holiday dreamworld. Make sure you be early so that you can cover all the activities and fun. Go and enjoy the holiday lights.”
