“This was conveniently located but still quiet and removed from the bustle of city life. If you simply look out the front windows of the house, you'll typically spot horses, deer, and other peaceful animals. We were glad to have 2 full bathrooms as well as numerous sleeping options. I stayed in the house with good friends and our two sons had a blast sleeping in the lower level bedroom where they could share sleeping space but each had their own bed. One of the few things I would change is to add a little more lighting - we'd brought some crafty projects and it was a little hard for our aging eyes to see in the low light of the main living space. Overall, highly recommend. Also, while your in the area, check out the Coffee Emporium nearby - a local coffee house and lunch spot - it was cute with excellent quality coffee and tea drinks.”

“Stayed in the Patriot cabin. Great little two bedroom cabin with a brand new fireplace and private hot tub on the back patio. Had a minor issue while we were there, but the owners were really quick to remedy to our satisfaction. They are very responsive and responsible. Great location just north of Hocking Hills State Park. Even though there was a heavy snow while we were there, the roads were easily traversed. Looking forward to going back some day!”

“We love living at Alexander Pointe! Our apartment is so beautiful and we love the layout. One of my favorite features is having vaulted ceilings since we’re on the second floor; it opens up our space so much. The private entrances are a huge plus too. I was particularly impressed by the quick response time of maintenance; they have always responded within 24 hours to our requests. I’d also like to highlight Sam, the property manager. We had an issue with another resident letting their off-leash dog run up to our dogs. We contacted Sam, who brought each party into his office individually to get both sides of the story. I felt he handled the situation very professionally and we haven’t had any issues since. We had originally planned on living in an apartment for a year or two before buying a house. However, we love where we live so much, we decided we’re in no rush to buy a house and will probably be here for a few years.”

“We have been here at Overland for about 7 months and have loved every second of it (especially with the new management!!)! It is always clean and well kept as far as the trash and the landscaping goes. We love the exterior and interior aesthetics and have had many positive comments about it with our guests. The management team does a great job at responding to emails in a timely manner and the maintenance crew does a great job fixing things quickly. It’s such a family-friendly place that we love living in! We have no complaints and wish we lived here sooner!!!”

Unfortunately the winter is the worst, entrance way and path to go in my building has always been a problem. Rarely is it shovels and nothing is ever salted,. I've is a huge problem. The only reason I'm moving out is due to my health and becoming a patient in long term care. I just hope they understand and don't charge me rent”

“Nice apartments with a garage. Every time we called and needed some kind of maintenance they also came pretty quick without any issues. And not sure why everyone says they didn't get deposit back. We received ours with no issues. I cleaned it well upon moving out and left it in the condition that I received it in. People must not be cleaning really well.”
