“We took our beloved Bernese Mountain dog, Scarlet, to this practice for a second opinion for a growth in her mouth. It was an overall wonderful experience from start to finish as Scarlet was treated like a queen by all of the staff and she seemed very relaxed during our time there-not typical for when she is at a vet appointment. Dr. Robyn was very calming and was able to provide a quick, accurate diagnosis, which we are so thankful for! Care was exceptional and the price is very reasonable. “Won’t go anywhere else! We have been going here for almost 4 years now and our dog was just diagnosed with EPI and I cannot give higher praise to the vet and the staff. When we’ve called with issues they always do what they can to get us in! They are always very patient and kind to our dog who is high energy at times. “The staff and vets are amazing! The only complaint that I have is price. 750.00 for yearly shots and check up is highway robbery. I will do anything for my old boxer but when your vet bill causes you to skip a car payment and go without other things, that’s just crazy. I can understand if it’s an emergency with X-rays and lots of testing and all. But for basic yearly shots? I will continue to take my baby to them because they are wonderful with her and know her conditions. Just don’t understand why such basic things are so very expensive.”

“I am fairly certain that this place saved our budgie's life. He suddenly started acting sick on Christmas night and wouldn't move or eat the following day. We knew that if birds appear sick it's usually too late to do anything so we had to act fast. There weren't any vets open in our area (Pittsburgh, PA) that could see him urgently, so we made the 3 hour drive to this hospital. They took him in and treated him urgently, keeping him warm and supplying him with life-saving fluids and medications. If we hadn't taken him here I don't think he'd be with us today. They felt that he was ready for discharge the next day but we kept him in their care for an extra day because we wanted to be absolutely sure that he had recovered and cost wasn't an issue when it came to this little guy. Today he's doing much better, back to his old self and we couldn't be happier. The staff here is incredibly professional and they treat their patients with the utmost care. Although I hope we never have to take any of our pets here again, we would gladly drive the distance and spend the money needed to give them the top quality treatment that is offered here. Big thanks to the staff and facility for the great work you do. Thank you.”

“We live in the Columbus area and happened to be in Fremont when our furry companion got his toenail caught which caused bleeding and much pain. We had never been to Fremont Animal Hospital but they took him in right away and fixed his nail and advised us what to do for him. They were not only very patient with him but with us also. We were so worried about him and they put our minds at ease. After such excellent care they actually called us a few days later to inquire how our fella was doing. All this when they knew it wasn't very likely we would be back or spreading the good word about them in the Fremont area. Awesome people and service. “I visited the Bed and Biscut boarding to board my special needs pooch because we wanted a veterinarian to be available in case of emergent needs. We were recommended by my vet office who is 3 miles away. The staff are friendly. The dogs are happy. The place is clean, no odors. I was even greeted by 4 of the dogs from day care. It was a wonderful time. The lady that gave me a tour greeted every dog as we passed by their run. She knew the names of everyone of them and she told me a little about them like their likes and favorite things. You can see the genuine love for these pet guests. They told me that they take care of lots of special needs dogs just like mine. I'm looking forward to doing business with them.”

“When I brought my 19 year old cat Jinx to Dr. Coe he had been barely eating, bleeding out of his mouth and not cleaning himself. A DIFFERENT VET OFFICE was insensitive and told me jinx has cancer without testing. Dr. Coe was amazing and gave me options on what could be going on with jinx, I decided not to put him through the blood testing, she was very supportive of my decision and sensitive to how I felt, she still gave jinx anti-biotic and it has helped him so much. He is eating regularly again, cleaning himself and in a great mood and has been about the house more. I am so thankful I brought jinx here, had I not things could have taken a turn. I don’t know how much longer I have with him but I’m thankful she helped bring more quality to his life!! He looks so good in these pictures compared to a couple days ago. Thank you!! I will be bringing my other cats here for good!”

“PetPlex is an amazing, caring, affordable place. My 5 month old kitten was lethargic and not eating or drinking. When MedVet and another animal hospital couldn’t figure out what was wrong, PetPlex suggested emergency exploratory surgery the first appointment. Unfortunately, for our baby, the surgery they did to repair what was wrong wasn’t enough. It was enough for her to spend 5-6 days in their care and return home to us for about 5 days. It started out well but ended up the same way it began. She ended up losing almost two pounds in two weeks. The surgery we thought she needed to save her life wasn’t enough. Our sweet kitty had to cross the rainbow bridge on 10/8/22. I had never had to put an animal to sleep before and PetPlex was very helpful in the decision and very compassionate when I chose not to leave Nala’s side for the whole thing. I stayed well past her last breath and well past their closing hours that day and didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. I’ve been to many vets and animal hospitals in my life and so many are about the money but not PetPlex and the place that cremated her went above and beyond. Thank you all so much for making one of the worst decisions of my life a little easier. I am forever grateful. I will never take my animals anywhere else.”
