“Took my rabbit there to get neutered, sweet staff, took good care of him. Only complaint is pricing on the sheet they give you for microchip, blood work, and laser light therapy were incorrect, ended up getting charged 10 dollars more on each individual one then I had originally expected. Pam (i belive is her name)was super sweet and was willing to give helpful advice/input about rabbits. Thank you again!”

“I love Vetco. They are always efficient with test results, friendly, knowledgeable, and they don’t push procedures that may not be necessary on you like other vets. Also very reasonably priced. I have gone to more expensive vets and gotten much worse care. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to get an appointment at the Fairview Park location, but I think that’s just because they’re popular (on account of being a good vet clinic).”

I then called Dr. Jackson, who was truly a God send and she was able to get my guinea pig in same day. She treated him with so much kindness and was so gentle and attentive to everything going on. I had to wait very little before I was seen and couldn't be happier with my experience here. Their prices are very affordable which is a blessing. Many vets are more focused on making money rather than helping the animals, and you can tell that that isn't the case here! I am now transferring all my other guinea pigs here! “Always come here! Our sweet 11 year old mastiff came down with an illness. She was lethargic, not eating, stumbling, throwing up, choking, coughing etc. We decided to venture out 30 mins and come to Northview after three recommendations from friends & family. Being that we have had her since she was 8-12 weeks old, we wanted the best care for her. When she arrived at the clinic a tech had came out immediately to check her gums to make sure she wasn’t losing oxygen. She was taken back about five minutes after, and given a room. She was sedated for X-rays - to which they found aspiration pneumonia… She had to go through lots of testing, stay overnight in the ICU on oxygen & medicine around the clock, along with a catheter. The following day she was able to come home with medications, and a follow up appointment. The techs, assistants, desk staff, doctors etc. were wonderful. We were able to visit and call to check on her anytime to which they always answered promptly, and allowed me to ask a million questions like the helicopter mom I am!🤣 We were able to bring her food from home, and stay as long as we want. We were able to take her on a short walk while we were there. Everyone was extremely patient with her, and my family as we have never had a medical scare this severe with our animals. Our dog does have anxiety, and does not “calm down” when she is at the vet, but they accommodated her in every way possible. They have different avenues, options, departments, and types of care for your animals. The pictures are from her being in the ICU, to being immediately home, to sleeping comfortably at home after several sleepless nights for us all. Today - she is doing well. Although we did pay the price (with their top notch service I will NEVER mind paying more & it’s not about the $$ anyway🩷) I would do it all over again to allow my pet to be comfortable, and to give me peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. They are awesome, and I will ALWAYS take my animals to them.”

“If you want the best care for your furbaby I HIGHLY recommend Hills and Dales!! I would give infinite stars if I could! The entire staff is friendly, professional, caring, patient and always greet us with a smile. Dr. Maimon is the absolute BEST veterinarian! She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and as a first time dog owner I have a lot. I never feel rushed. My poor Nellie has had a rough year. She was diagnosed with heartworm which is now cleared and most recently she sustained a pretty bad injury to her paw. I'm happy to say that Dr. Maimon and the staff have taken amazing care of her through both of these traumatic events. I will never take my girl anywhere else! As far as price I don't have anything to compare to but for me, you get what you pay for and I get my monies worth and then some. I can't say enough about this place! My daughter and brother also take their pets there. We love them!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤”

“I scheduled an appt for my dog Bronx to be coming in tomorrow (5/26/23) and the girl that scheduled the appt was the nicest. Figured she deserved a rating for herself she was so nice and it makes such a difference speaking to a kind voice. Hopefully she is told how nice she was to me! We are excited to see the Dr tomorrow, hoping it is a good experience for it being my 2yo dogs 3rd ever vet visit! Hope they can clear his ears right up! ❤️ Edit: My boyfriend didn’t have a good experience but I think it was due to us not knowing that they were going to give Bronx a yearly checkup as well which was our fault also for not being more clear in what we wanted. For his yearly check including all vaccines, his ear check for his yeast infection, and 2 medications the visit was $300 which I personally do not think was bad at all. The receptionists at the front desk when I went in to pay them were the sweetest ever and again I am sorry for any issues while I was not there! Thank you everyone!”
