“My mom's passing in December 2023 made us realize that my wife and I didn't have a Financial Durable Power of Attorney that is required for many of the activities that take place after death. I researched 'Probate Attorneys nearest me' on Google and Attorney Koehler's name was at the top of the list. I researched his background and further checked the State of Ohio Supreme Court attorney listing. In my research, there were neither issues nor sanctions which made me comfortable selecting Attorney Koehler to handle my case. His assistant Kim was receptive and helpful and Attorney Koehler took the time to explain actions that needed to be taken to ensure that our estate would not have to pass through the Probate process. Within one week, Attorney Koehler had completed his research into our situation and had the proper documentation ready for our consent and signing. For us, Attorney Koehler and his assistant Kim provided us everything we requested and expected. “Mike got me in near the end of the day on father's day for a mount and balance on some 18" x 9.5" cast aluminum alloy wheels paired with 265/40/18 tires. All the other shops that were open basically said their machines had a claw like mechanism that would scratch and gouge the back of the wheels. Walmart even declined to mount my wheels. Mike was able to do it with no problem and i had no scratches or gouges at all. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. He also notified me before i even left for his shop that if he thinks his machine will damage the wheels, he will stop and notify me. Next time i need aftermarket wheel stuff done i will 100% be returning to Mike. Thank you, Mike!”
