Constant need for annual x-rays when there was no injury, indoctrination videos and classes, recommendations for constant care, etc. My wife started at Coveny after another provider in Wooster insisted she get annual X-rays and weekly visits. She was so sick of being badgered to spend more money every visit so she looked elsewhere. After the first visit to Dr Rachel, she came home and said “this place is different”. So I decided to give it a try. After about 5 months, I am so happy with the care I receive here. I started out with visits every other week. Then went to monthly. And now am at every 6 weeks. Out of all the years I have lived, I have never gone into a store where the owners and staff are there to ACTUALLY help you. They treated me like a human being and they genuinely seemed to enjoy getting to the bottom of what was going on with me so that they could help me. I always have a lot of questions, not once did they get frustrated with me, they didn’t start giving me short answers either. I have now been using the products I had bought. There’s something calming about knowing exactly what you’re putting on your skin, what it’s use is for, what active ingredients are targeting my pain etc. Some days it was unimaginable pain when I would wake up in the morning. Walking hurt, and I’ve already made this long enough so I won’t keep going on about it.
