I have had line across my nose for as long as I can remember. Now it’s gone. So happy to the change with the lines above lips. Tighter skin and jaw line for sure. Dark patches are lighter, some diminished. Recommend saving up if you can’t afford right now. I feel like I got a facelift but cheaper. My face is lighter. You work hard for less time with quick results. And they cater to your specific goals. I also love that there are no true class times, so you can come as you please. The cost is higher than a basic gym, but you get what you pay for. It's simple enough for beginners yet challenging enough for althletes and they always mix up the workouts. “Beautiful park that’s easy to spend the entire afternoon at. Easy to get to and park. Surrounded by fun amenities for those with kids. For example, we spent the morning at the park, ate at the amphitheater, explored the library. Could’ve easily gone out to lunch or ice cream. All activities are within walking distance. Park was mostly fenced in however two openings to the other spaces and some areas were very close to the road. Clean restrooms are also on site.”

All the coaches are personable and want you to achieve your best. The Owner, Lauren Rutan, is certified in just about everything but more importantly, her having competed in many sports over the years gives her the knowledge and edge to help you along your fitness journey. Lauren is a coach that wants all the members to achieve their goals!!!! Since Lauren has taken ownership, she’s been changing things for the better of the gym and members. She truly wants each member to have the best gym experience , no matter what that would be (Ignite, Strength, Personal training are just some of the programs she offers) The upgrades she’s been doing to the gym (New equipment,, cleaning, etc) also show her passion to make it a better places/experience for everyone. She even has youth classes!! I joined with only a personal weight loss goal in mind (I’m down 16lbs thus far!!) but I've managed to gain some awesome friendships with the other members along the way.
