Thankfully TWO people from the automotive center came out and helped me install some new wiper blades! We were drenched and our shoes full of water. I thought I was going to have to stay at Walmart all day until my husband got off! They saved my day!”

“My 14 yo son ordered an airsoft gun and other equipment over THREE months ago for over $300. Not only has it not come in yet but we’ve called (and even gone in) multiple times to get a refund and the owner is never there and hasn’t returned our calls so he can’t get a refund. My son was really looking forward to getting into airsofting but this has ruined it for him. It was all his own money he saved and worked hard to get. He deserves his money back. I’m happy to say Joseph, the owner, called me and has resolved this issue. He handled himself with great grace, leadership and business savvy. Even more importantly he was a great example to the youth of today (specifically my son) on how to handle themselves, take accountability, and correct things when mistakes/issues happen. I appreciate how well he handled this, and how kind and gracious he was. My son is very happy to continue his business with T1.”

“Went Sunday night 05/02/2021, @ 8:20. Moving quickly to get a few things. We knew they were closing the doors at 9. Grabbed a couple things from health and beauty aids, needed 2 or 3 from cosmetics, @ 8:41 the girl was closing it off said she couldn't help us, and walked away. While we were waking away we had a nice team lead who was putting up returns heard me grumbling, allowed me 2 grab my 2 things. She was kind, and that's why I'm giving them a nice review! Really wanted to blast them for making me walk down to grocery to check out at 8:44, & then walk back to the general door to leave, but the nice team lead made the day better. Thank You team lead, you made my world easier.”

He was being really rude and sarcastic when I had just asked a simple question? Besides that the store is amazing gas is cheap and I would recommend it to others when I need to go get gas that’s the first one I go to!”
