“Sold my elderly mother that has degeneration of the spine a 4 motor lift chair. High $$$ . One year later motor is going out and they have yet to get over to fix it! When we bought the chair they said how they would come and repair the chair. Sure, tell us anything to spend $1500 on a chair. Misrepresented that Medicare would help pay. News flash, center furniture isn’t an authorized dealer so forget Medicare helping with the lift chair that the doctor sayes she needs. Wished we had never bought there. Update: they finally replaced the chair and made good on their promise, for that I am changing my review. It took them a month but they did take care of the problem with replacing the chair.”
