She has also adjusted my daughter since she was 2 years old and she is so gentle and so good with children!! I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s a bit of a drive for me to go see her and I’ve tried finding chiropractors closer to my home, but none compare to Dr. Amy’s skills and knowledge so I keep coming back. :) she has been truly God sent to me and such a blessing to my overall health and well being!”

“The gym is great and all, but I miss having a pool on campus. Trying to get all the way to the park and then pay to use the public pool is a hassle when I remember that I used to be able to just walk to Howard Hall to swim. I get that Howard Hall had to go. I also understand that it may have appeared as though few people used the pool at Howard Hall so it would have been wasteful to build one with the new rec center. However, the one in Howard was pretty small, over chlorinated, and required walking past the weight lifters on the way between the locker room and the pool - a new one with fewer issues would have been used in a regular basis.”

“I pulled off from traffic to Happy Sing Bar. I was stuck in traffic for a few hrs, and this was the first bar from the freeway going East on SE Powell Blvd. This place is easy to miss and small. To my surprise Happy Sing Bar has a full bar, TV, and lotto. But that is not all! They probably have one of the best bartenders in the area. She was gracious, easy on the eyes, quick, humorous, likeable, and gives good advice (as I overheard her give advise to a patron). She keeps an organized, clean, functioning, bar. Her name is Christina, or Tina for short. Even though I came in during shift change she still wanted to serve me without hesitation. That was really nice as I was parched. I think this is a great place to wait out traffic. They were very nice here and the service was really good. I can honestly say, if this bar did not have Tina, I would absolutely not be giving it 5 stars. If your felt this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up? Thank you.”

I’ve also experienced Umpqua throughout the West Coast, and all of the branches carry that same welcoming mentality. Shout out to Christina,& Isaiah at Hawthorne, they always have my back no matter what my financial needs are. Even just walking down the street I find myself peeking in the window to wave hello to them! Never thought I’d be leaving a review on something such as banking, but these humans deserve a shout out.
