I had a back/hip injury that had made walking and jogging difficult and painful, and I'd almost given up hope that I'd get back to normal. I worked mostly with Hayden, who was very supportive and encouraging. He made sure that I was kept challenged, but he also listened and dialed back the intensity if an exercise was too difficult or painful for the moment. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming, as well.
